Our YDS co-designed, created and installed our first project this Autumn in Lawndale, together with partners at Resolver Studio and Douglas Park Creative Space!
Youth were paid 50% above minimum wage to help design, build, and install a dope art structure with architects in North Lawndale as part of Chicago Sukkot Design Festival! Soon the work will be installed in the foyer of Douglass Park's Creative Space to help transform the basement into a welcoming chill spot for teens to display work, listen to a DJ set, or connect and recharge.
